About me
I am a Midlife Confidence Coach. I help women over 50 who struggle with self-doubt rediscover who they are so they can feel confident in their decisions and move through midlife with joy without feeling stuck.
I understand what it feels like to question everything about yourself—your abilities, your worth; I know the pain of just feeling stuck not knowing how to move forward– because I have been there too.
After building a successful nursing career rooted in confidence and compassion, I moved to the UK to specialize in Neonatal Intensive Care. That transition was overwhelming, challenging and difficult.
The voices of doubt came from everywhere. Criticism chipped away at my confidence until I began to doubt my abilities. I felt like I was drowning in quicksand—the harder I tried to prove myself, the deeper I sank in until I lost my voice, myself and became fearful. I frequently ended my shifts tearful and discouraged.
Until one day in my darkest moments I cried out to God in prayer and found these words: “To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under the heaven” I realised my struggle was for a season. Something awakened deep within me, a determination to break through the wintertime of my situation into springtime! I decided it was time for change. I held onto my faith in God, the truth of who I was created to be and decided to stand.
Once I made that courageous decision thing began to shift. I started speaking up for myself and others, reclaiming not just my confidence, but my identity. The transformation was not instant, but it was profound. The woman who once left work tearful and discouraged was leading with strength and grace. I became a mentor to student nurses, a respected voice in our Bereavement Group, and eventually took charge of a 35-bed level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care unit. I had learned to hear God’s voice louder than the voices of doubt and everything changed.
That journey became the foundation for what I do today as a Midlife confidence coach, helping women rediscover who they are, rebuild confidence and move through midlife with clarity and joy.
Ready to reclaim your confidence and rediscover who you are in God’s eyes? Let’s walk this journey together.
